Our fees are simple and transparent. We charge a small percentage of the monthly rent, which covers all management functions — no extra charges for inspections or arranging maintenance. The only additional costs are for listing your property to find tenants and any necessary maintenance. We’ll go over everything upfront so there are no surprises and you know exactly what you’re paying for.
It’s easier than you might think. We’ll take care of everything — contacting your current manager, getting the necessary paperwork, and making sure the transition is smooth for you and your tenants.
