Although not born in Tauranga, Steve has spent over 50 years living in the Bay, so considers himself a “local”.

Steve’s professional career has taken many forms over the years, but has always kept coming back to working in the property sector.  His first foray into property began with a management role in a large property development company in the Shandong Province, China. Returning to NZ, he took the opportunity to take on the position as a Commercial Property Manager here in Tauranga, managing a large portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. Following this Steve then spent 7 years in residential property sales.

Career changes took Steve away from property, however he continued to have an itch which needed scratching and found himself back doing what he loves as a Residential Property Manager.
