Meet the team
Natasha Botha
sENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
Natasha joined the Classic Property Management team in 2022, bringing with her a vast amount of experience in property management and marketing.
Originally from South Africa, Natasha has travelled through Europe and Fiji, eventually emigrating to New Zealand in 2018. In her spare time, you will find Natasha making the most of the NZ landscape at the beach, running and mountain biking!
Natasha defies stereotypes about ‘big bad property managers’ and is a big fan of dogs and kids!
Steve Dougherty
PROPERTY MANAGER
Although not born in Tauranga, Steve has spent over 50 years living in the Bay, so considers himself a “local”.
Steve’s professional career has taken many forms over the years, but has always kept coming back to working in the property sector. His first foray into property began with a management role in a large property development company in the Shandong Province, China. Returning to NZ, he took the opportunity to take on the position as a Commercial
Property Manager here in Tauranga, managing a large portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. Following this Steve then spent 7 years in residential property sales.
Career changes took Steve away from property, however he continued to have an itch which needed scratching and found himself back doing what he loves as a Residential Property Manager.
Nathan Watkins
GENERAL MANAGER
If you live in NZ or Australia and fancy a bit of Maccas now and then, Classic Property General Manager, Nathan Watkins will likely have supplied the equipment that made it! Nathan’s career started with a sizeable trans-Tasman business that specialised in equipment for fast food restaurants. After working his way up to the VP of APAC there, he joined Classic Group in the role of RM – Classic Builders Bay of Plenty.
Four years on, Nathan is the big boss of Classic Property, looking after our residential sales and management functions and keeping the team in line!
When Nathan isn’t leading the team to create modern urban communities, you can find him feeding his travel bug, jet-setting around the world, on the golf course, hanging out with his kids, and cooking.
